Bosede has an impressive background in gender equality and women empowerment. She served as a Board Member at the Development Initiative for Community Enhancement (DICE) and other NGOs. She is also the Founder of DICE Mentor Program (DMP). With a Master's in Gender Analysis and Economics and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Economics. Her experience of 17+ years spans rural and urban communities in Africa working on various projects such as Agricultural Projects, Gender, Youth, Health, Environment and Climate Change Mitigation, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, and HIV/AIDS interventions in Nigeria. She has received several awards, including the "Hero of Humanity Award" and the 9jawomenat60 award in 2018. She was recognized as one of 60 Women impacting Healthcare across Nigeria during the Nigerian 60th Independence in 2020. She is a Fellow of the Africa Women Leadership Institute, and the Sexuality Leadership Development Institute. She is a budding data analyst, an Africa Compassion Integrity Educator.
